Skoonuitsig Cinsaut Pinotage 2008
Surprisingly seductive with aromas of black fruit, caramel and chocolate which reveal a balanced freshness on the palate. A charming red wine with hints of spice. This is a wine to discover!
Serve at 18°C with spicy feed, red meat and cheese.
Skoonuitsig Prestige Sauvignon Blanc 2007
A fantastic thirst-quenching drink to enjoy with friends. The wine is a great example of South African Sauvignon-Blanc, offering floral and vegetal notes on the nose and palate.
Serve at 12°C with fish dishes, salads and cheese or drink as an aperitif.
Skoonuitsig Pinotage Rosé 2008
This rosé from the Western Cape will delight with its wild strawberry flavours and light sweetness. Expressive aroma with impressions of pomegranate and berry fruits. Dry, elegant flavor with a lot of juice and a nice freshness. Long spicy and fruity aftertaste.
Served at 8-10°C is this wine a very good combination with fish and meat and also with hard cheeses.
Charles Mignon Champagne 1er Cru Brut
High 1er Cru Champagne of the famous Charles Mignon. Sparkling light green colour. Beautiful soft mousse. The scent is seductive with fresh exuberant impressions of melon and citrus fruit. Fresh dry taste. In addition to a strong and spicy character also creamy and flowery. Long minutes very well balanced finish.
Served on 6-8° C as a festive aperitif, with desserts and sweet notes.
Veneto IGT Garganega Prosecco Vino Frizzante
Attractive, fresh and light sparkling white prosecco wine. Light yellow in colour with a fine mousse. Exuberant fresh and fruity aroma with hints of freshly picked flowers. Surprising and refreshing taste with dry pressing almonds. Long, fresh and spicy finish with a very pleasant little sweetie.
Very pleasant as an aperitif. Also fits well with salads and various appetizers. (Serve at 8°C).

A dry, but rich and full of sparkling white wine. Bright yellow and slightly green in colour with lots of mousse. Exuberant scent, spicy, fresh and ripe impressions. Powerful sparkling, dry and fresh flavour, rich, free powerful, but not tight dry richness Friday mild. Long, pure finish, mild dry, fresh and spicy. Made of grapes Macabeo, Xarello, Parellada.
Serve at 10°C as an aperitif. Also very well with seafood and mild cheeses
